Travel & Booking

We proudly serve the Greater Chicago area and Northwest Indiana. you can add your address when you book and see if we can travel to you. If not please reach out. There’s a $75 flat travel fee for all bookings.

Simply click on Services on the menu and you can book 24/7 365 days a week. Once you book you will see the contract details before submitting deposit. Everything is digital.

We understand life happens; our contract outlines clear steps for moving your date or handling cancellations with professional care.

If you need the booth set up by 4:00 pm but the party doesn't start until 6:00 pm, we offer the first hour of "idle hour" rate free but to keep our team on-site we do charge an additional $150 per hour if the idle time is longer than an hour.
Logistics & Setup

To keep the memories rolling all night, we typically require a standard 120V outlet within 50 feet of the setup area. HOWEVER, for total creative freedom, we offer a Wireless Power Option—allowing you to place your phone booth anywhere, from a garden terrace to the center of the dance floor, without worrying about cords

No, our system is so user-friendly it’s completely "self-serve," though we are always on standby. if prints are involved a professional attendant will be there to help the guest.

We typically arrive 60–90 minutes before your event start time to ensure everything is perfect before the first guest arrives.

A strong Wi-Fi connection is required for guests to instantly airdrop, take pics, or text their photos to their phones. But don’t worry we have back up Wi-Fi for an additional cost.

Once you book, your questionnaire portal allows you to upload high-res files of your stationery so we can pull exact colors and fonts into your photo templates.

Yes. we can brand the "start screen" with your names, event date, or a custom graphic to match your theme.
After the Event

Every rental includes a custom-engraved USB drive, a physical heirloom mailed within 7–10 business days after event. Also 3-4 business days after your event you’ll also receive an instant text online link to your private gallery to view, download, and share your MP4 videos, audiograms, and photos to social media.

Guests can instantly share their captures via text or airdrop during the event; a full digital gallery is also delivered to the host within 48 hours.
