How it Works


Phone Booths rent by the day and there is an extra fee of $75 for delivery and installation. All phone booths can be rented with the phone or without. Please check out our packages and prices.

Complete your setup Modern Tech, Vintage Vibe payphone. a sleek centerpiece that pairs perfectly our phone booths. It’s a high-tech memory maker that captures video messages, audio recordings, and photos from your guests.

Our booths feature integrated tabletop instructions, providing a clean, minimalist look that guides your guests without the need for extra signage

GREETING

You can record a custom greeting that we’ll load directly onto your Audio Guestbook. If you prefer, a default recording from a professional voice artist can play instead. To truly level up the booth, you can also include a custom video or picture slideshow that will play on the screen, greeting your guests with your favorite memories before they leave their own. Once you book you will have an option to upload your photo and audio file.

USB DRIVE

Every rental includes a custom-engraved USB drive, a physical heirloom mailed within 7–10 business days after event. Also 3-4 business days after your event you’ll also receive an instant text online link to your private gallery to view, download, and share your MP4 videos, audiograms, and photos to social media.

CUSTOM SINAGE

Fully customizable signage, allowing you to feature your names, wedding date, or whatever you want that can fit on signage. .

The Basics

While we occasionally offer seasonal discount codes, we also offer flexible options to make your dream event a reality. After a 30% non-refundable retainer, you can set up an installment plan that works for you. Plus, we can provide a unique QR code for your event, allowing friends and loved ones to contribute toward your rental as a gift!

Travel & Booking

  • We proudly serve the Greater Chicago area and Northwest Indiana. you can add your address when you book and see if we can travel to you. If not please reach out. There’s a $75 flat travel fee for all bookings.

  • A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.

  • We believe in quality without compromise. All of our rentals are based on an 8-hour window, giving you total flexibility. Whether you need us for three hours or the full eight, the price remains the same—ensuring your setup is perfect and you get the absolute best value for your celebration.

Logistics & Setup

  • To keep the memories rolling all night, we typically require a standard 120V outlet within 50 feet of the setup area. HOWEVER, for total creative freedom, we offer a Wireless Power Option—allowing you to place your phone booth anywhere, from a garden terrace to the center of the dance floor, without worrying about cords

  • Our booth stands starts at 5 feet 9 inches tall—it’s designed to be a statement piece without being obtrusive.


  • No, our system is so user-friendly it’s completely "self-serve," though we are always on standby.


  • We typically arrive 60–90 minutes before your event start time to ensure everything is perfect before the first guest arrives.

  • no worries! Our system can record locally and will sync your files as soon as a connection is restored, so no message is ever lost.


  • Yes we are insured 


  • To ensure every heartfelt message is crystal clear, we recommend placing your booth in a high-traffic area—like near the bar or guest book table. For the best sound quality, please avoid placement directly next to speakers or in the immediate line of fire of your DJ or band, as this helps minimize background noise

  • Absolutely. From the digital to physical signage, we can match your event's theme. After you book there will be a questionnaire asking for your theme and a chance to upload your invitation or theme reference.
