How it Works


Phone Booths rental starts at 3 hours and there is an extra fee of $75 for delivery and installation. Please check out our packages and prices.

The Basics

  • A modern photo booth is an interactive experience that allows guests to take high-quality, professional photos in a fun and spontaneous environment. Unlike the old-school mall booths, today’s setups range from sleek, open-air digital kiosks. They typically come equipped with professional lighting, fun props, custom backdrops, and an instant delivery system so guests can receive their photos via text, email, or high-speed print.

  • It depends on your event but a photo booth acts as a secondary "hub" of activity. It gives guests something fun to do during cocktail hours or transitions, breaking the ice and encouraging people to mingle and get creative. While you are busy hosting, Petal Podz photo booth is capturing all the candid moments you might have missed. Most packages include a digital gallery.

  • Unlike standard "box" booths, our handcrafted wooden booths are designed to look like a piece of high-end furniture that enhances your venue’s décor.

  • Our open-air setup is spacious; we can easily accommodate groups of 6–10 guests at a time for those high-energy group shots.

  • Unlimited sessions mean guests can use the booth as often as they like; unlimited prints ensure every person in the frame receives their own physical copy.


  • We strive to keep our pricing competitive for the luxury experience we provide! While we occasionally offer seasonal discount codes, we also offer flexible options to make your dream event a reality. After a 30% non-refundable retainer, you can set up an installment plan that works for you. Plus, we can provide a unique QR code for your event, allowing friends and loved ones to contribute toward your rental as a gift!

  • The final balance is due no later than 14 days before your big day.

Travel & Booking

  • We proudly serve the Greater Chicago area and Northwest Indiana. you can add your address when you book and see if we can travel to you. If not please reach out. There’s a $75 flat travel fee for all bookings.

  • A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.

  • yes. our booking portal will display all available premium add-ons—from luxury flower walls to stanchions—so you can curate your perfect package.

  • Simply click on Services on the menu and you can book 24/7 365 days a week. Once you book you will see the contract details before submitting deposit. Everything is digital.


  • We understand life happens; our contract outlines clear steps for moving your date or handling cancellations with professional care.

  • If you need the booth set up by 4:00 pm but the party doesn't start until 6:00 pm, we offer the first hour of "idle hour" rate free but to keep our team on-site we do charge an additional $150 per hour if the idle time is longer than an hour.

Logistics & Setup

  • To keep the memories rolling all night, we typically require a standard 120V outlet within 50 feet of the setup area. HOWEVER, for total creative freedom, we offer a Wireless Power Option—allowing you to place your phone booth anywhere, from a garden terrace to the center of the dance floor, without worrying about cords

  • No, our system is so user-friendly it’s completely "self-serve," though we are always on standby. if prints are involved a professional attendant will be there to help the guest.


  • We typically arrive 60–90 minutes before your event start time to ensure everything is perfect before the first guest arrives.

  • A strong Wi-Fi connection is required for guests to instantly airdrop, take pics, or text their photos to their phones. But don’t worry we have back up Wi-Fi for an additional cost.

Customization & Extras

  • Once you book, your questionnaire portal allows you to upload high-res files of your stationery so we can pull exact colors and fonts into your photo templates.

  • Yes. while we provide a curated set of high-end props, you are more than welcome to include custom items that match your specific theme.

  • Yes. we can brand the "start screen" with your names, event date, or a custom graphic to match your theme.

After the Event

  • Every rental includes a custom-engraved USB drive, a physical heirloom mailed within 7–10 business days after event. Also 3-4 business days after your event you’ll also receive an instant text online link to your private gallery to view, download, and share your MP4 videos, audiograms, and photos to social media.

  • Guests can instantly share their captures via text or airdrop during the event; a full digital gallery is also delivered to the host within 48 hours.
